Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 5–7 business days after payment confirmation.
  • We ship using reliable couriers.
  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination—typically 2 to 5 business days within Italy, and at least 10 business days for international orders.
  • You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your package has been shipped.

Returns

  • We do not accept returns on food products, except in exceptional cases.
  • For hygiene and quality reasons, once the packaging has been opened, the product cannot be returned.

Refunds

Refunds are only available in the following cases:

  • Product damaged during shipping (e.g. broken bottle)
  • Spoiled or non-compliant product

To request a refund or replacement:

  • Submit a request within 10 days of receiving your order
  • Attach clear photos showing the damage or issue

Refunds will be issued within 10 business days after the issue has been verified.
